How long does shipping take for my RC gear?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Express options are available at checkout for those who need their parts faster.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Due to the nature of the hobby, electronics or vehicles that have been run or modified cannot be returned.
Do you offer technical support for RC assembly?
Yes! Our team of experts is available via email and phone to help you troubleshoot builds, bind transmitters, or recommend the right upgrade parts for your model.
Are batteries included with the vehicles?
This depends on the model. 'Ready-to-Run' (RTR) kits often include a battery, while 'Chassis Only' or 'Pro' kits usually require a separate battery and charger purchase. Please check the product description for details.
